House of Blue Robes

The story follows two roommates, Alphonso and Schlomo. Alphonso is an actor caught between love and family. Schlomo is a rapper stuck in a rough patch with his girlfriend. Both want to make it as artists, but life isn’t easy. Then Alphonso meets Florence, a woman from Naples. That meeting changes everything. It sets off a chain of events that hits everyone hard. The play mixes tragedy with moments of humor. It’s about identity, love, and betrayal—things that everyone understands. We had a developmental run with the LAByrinth Theater Company in March 2025. It was a chance to bring the story to life and hear what people thought.

Legit

It’s a story about two friends who used to hustle but want out. They’re trying to stay clean, but life pulls them back in. The film is set in today’s New York. These guys get caught up with two younger hustlers trying to break into the legal cannabis business. The system’s tough on them, but they keep fighting. What starts as a plan to make some quick cash turns into something deeper. It’s about loyalty, survival, and what it means to be “legit.” The film mixes sharp humor with real emotion. It shows the tough bonds between men caught between their past and what’s next. I’m also directing this one. It’s a story close to my heart, and I’m excited to bring it to life.

Sunday at IL Posto Accanto

This film is really close to my heart. It’s a mix of documentary and story, set in an East Village restaurant. The restaurant was one of those rare places where people found comfort, especially after the pandemic shut everything down. The film stars Victor Rasuk, Danny Hoch, and some real folks who helped make the spot feel like home. It’s about grief, strength, and those small daily things that keep us connected. It’s about chosen family and neighborhood ties. We made it on a small budget, but with a lot of love. This film captures a time when just being together felt like a gift.
